To get in top shape for the series of sessions on Thurs. 9 Nov. at the Rencontres Internationales du Thermalisme, there's nothing better than a morning running session with JOOKS. Olivier, the co-founder of JOOKS, will take you around Nancy while running, at a leisurely pace of around 8km/h.
